Step 1 - Sign up form

Begin the process by clicking on the ‘Open Account‘ button on our website and fill out the Sign up form. Later on, you can always use the login credentials you have set to follow on your application status and eventually to use your account and our banking services.

Step 2 - Begin Application

The application process is simple and easy. All takes place within our interface – including filling the application form, uploading KYC and KYB documents and reviewing the application status online.

Step 3 - Application status

You can always check your Application Status from our user-friendly interface and add / modify the application details when needed.

Step 4 - Application Form

Let’s get started. Fill in the requested information about your Company and its Individuals. Once you filled all the required information, click on ‘Create Application’.

Step 5 - Add UBOs and Directors

To initiate the user profile creation, individuals must hold the position of director, shareholder, Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO), company representative, or possess representation authority via a power of attorney.

Step 6 - Upload KYB Documents

As following step of the application you will be prompted to provide the following documents:

Memorandum and articles of association
Certificate of incorporation
Documents confirming beneficial ownership
Proof of power of attorney (if applicable)

Step 7 - Signature and Submission

Lastly, before submission, you will be asked to sign the application form.

Step 8 - Application status - IN REVIEW

After submitting the document and signing it, you can sit back and relax while our compliance team is reviewing your application and once they have completed the reviewing process you will receive an alert regarding the next steps.

Step 9 - Application Status - MORE INFO

In case we miss some documents or information regarding your application, the system will notify you with the missing information that still needs to be added

Step 10 - Application Status - APPROVED

Good job, when you have provided all the required documentation and once all is approved we open the account and it will be ready to use. Now you can start banking with us – Receive and Send payments worldwide.

Step 11 - Active Account dashboard

Once your account is Approved and Live, you can start using it. The Dashboard indicates your account overview and you find quick links to popular actions such as Payment request, Currency Conversion and Internal transfers.
