Mr. Berman was chairman of National Investment Managers, a company with $12 billion pension administration assets. Earlier, Mr. Berman worked at Goldman Sachs, served as Chairman and CEO of Internet Commerce Corp and as senior vice president of Bankers Trust Company, where he advised on more than 300 M&A transactions for a total of $4 billion and launched the M&A and Leveraged Buyout departments.
Mr. Berman was also a director of the Stern School of Business at New York University, where he earned his BS and MBA degrees. Berman holds law degrees from Boston College and The Hague Academy of International Law.

Brigadier Andy Cowling CBE trained as a logistician in the British Army and saw active service in Northern Ireland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia and Kosovo, and Iraq.
He also served as an instructor at the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst and a staff officer in the Ministry of Defence.
His second career was within the Defence Industry as Vice President of International Business Development of DHS Systems LLC (latterly Hunter Defence Technologies LLC), which delivered DRASH battlefield infrastructure solutions to defence, crisis and humanitarian organisations throughout the world.
His latest escapade has been to create an Electronic Money Institute (EMI) through the UK FCA.
Head of International Sales “Galactic Sales Soar” – Sue Rhone’s entrepreneurial journey has taken her from a stainless steel polishing company specialising in finishes for the petro-chemical industry;
a medical supply company licenced by the UK Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency dedicated to the shipping industry; a VAT recovery service company for eligible ships’ crew; and finally a Small Payments Institute (SPI) with an associated Bureau de Change (MSB).
She has been a registered FCA Money Laundering Record Officer (MLRO) since 2010.
